My name is Alyssa. Over 12 years of yoga practice has led me to be more inquisitive and in tune with both my body and mind. So, when I realized that I was not only craving sugar and bread a lot, but also using sugar as a temporary fix when my emotions were upside down, I decided I needed to do something. When I first tried to quit sugar, I was amazed how well I felt and how fast my cravings went away. I enjoyed the concept of the program and the details; however, I felt the program I tried was a bit cumbersome for the majority of people out there. In the hopes to eventually share a low to no sugar, whole food eating lifestyle with my loved ones, I am currently trying out recipes that are easier, have fewer ingredients, and are budget friendly.
